I’m an ambitious young lady who had a vision about 6 years ago with a business plan that I knew had to be executed in order to fulfill my purpose. Being a serial Entrepreneur I have been diligently working for years to design and create an opportunity on how to enhance and educate future and current beauty professionals in our industry. Meanwhile, I have had life experiences in business and in my personal life that I’ve had to overcome with many obstacles that shaped me into who I am today. On this journey I’ve figured out how to bridge the gap on how beauty pros can successfully thrive in our industry. I’ve been in this industry for 10 plus years and have excelled in business tremendously.

As a Licensed Cosmetologist I love to educate my Mentess on how to excell in the business because the industry has taught me a lot. With life experiences some I expected and others I didn’t staying true to my craft has always been my priority. I have my late sister Lanette Sherice Lee to thank for introducing me to hair at the tender age of 9 years old. My expertise in natural hair care and protective styling has landed me the opportunity to prepare and style hair in television production with celebrity actresses. It’s been so rewarding to be the Founder and CEO of La Chéri Salon Suites LLC in reference to my late sister.

Everyone deserves an opportunity especially if they’re passionate about their career and that’s the purpose for the system I’ve put in place. Wholeheartedly, I just want to give back to the community by way of mentoring aspiring and current entrepreneurs that’s ready to thrive in excellence.
